In the town of Blanchisseuse, along the Marianne River which flows at the eastern end of the village, one can find two magnificent places for bathing: Avocat Falls and Three Pools.

The trail is shaded by the canopy of the forests and continues with a gradual descent to the river. Avocat is a fifty foot waterfall with a pool for bathing. Large boulders encircle its base and add to the scenery. If you are an adventurer, be sure to explore the top of the falls where there is another pool. An alternative route to access the falls is from Avocat Village, located two miles south of the town on the Arima Blanchisseuse Road.
